Is there a registration fee?
Absolutely not! Consider it our treat — register for free and join the fun without spending a dime!
What are the details for parking?
We reccomend public transportation, or ride share, Valet parking is $84 overnight, or $74 for the day.
Where will the event be located within the venue?
The event will all take place on the 3rd floor of the Renaissance Hotel. General sessions will be held in the Looking Glass ballroom, meals and breaks will be hosted in the Urban Blue Room, and the networking reception will take place in the Lyric/Adler Board Room.
Will there be food? What dietary considerations are made?
We will do our best to have options for various dietary restrictions but please be mindful if your restrictions are extensive. We will provide a light breakfast with coffee and tea, lunch, as well as appetizers and assorted beverages at the evening networking reception.
What is the suggested attire?
Business casual is suggested but we encourage you to show up in something you feel comfortable and yourself in.
Is there a discounted sleeping room rate at Renaissance Downtown Chicago?
Unfortunately, the window for the discount room rate has passed. Of course, you may still book online at the regular rate via the hotel's website.
Is there a registration deadline for this event?
This event is by exclusive invitation from SolarWinds. To secure your place, please register and confirm your seat as soon as possible. After this time we may not be able to guarantee your attendance at the event.
