What costs are covered by SolarWinds?

All meals and entertainment listed in the agenda are covered by SolarWinds. The cost of flights and accommodation is to be fully borne by the attendees; however, SolarWinds has arranged discounted rates for accommodation at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach, and requires direct payment by the attendees.

Do I need a visa to enter Thailand?

What is the registration process?

To register, click the “Register Now” button, complete the form and indicate your Arrival and Departure dates. Upon registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Do you provide accommodation for the event attendees?

No , participants have to book their own accommodation. Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach is the conference venue, and we’ve secured a preferential rate for the event attendees booked by January 17 and the bookings are subject to availability.

What if I have to cancel or change my accommodation reservation?

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't attend?

If you intend to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact SolarwindsAPJ.Marketing@solarwinds.com. Please note that all substitutions require approval from your SolarWinds Channel Account Manager.

How do I communicate my dietary restrictions?

Dietary restrictions should be communicated through the registration form. We will make every effort to acknowledge and accommodate any allergies throughout the event.

What is the recommended event attire?

The recommended attire for the event is business casual.

Is there a registration deadline for this event?

You must complete two separate registrations by January 17, 2025: one for the event and another for your accommodation. SolarWinds has secured a special room rate at the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach, for attendees who book by this date. SolarWinds covers meals and entertainment listed in the agenda. Please reserve your accommodation here. After this deadline, we may not be able to guarantee your rooms at the conference venue.

What if I need a different room selection?

We have pre-blocked rooms with King Beds for the event. If you prefer a different room type, please specify your request in the ‘Comments’ section during the booking process. The hotel will review availability and inform you accordingly.
